How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and other secure online payment gateways. You can even choose to pay by ban transfer, but please note that the order cannot be despatched until full payment has cleared. You should use your order number as your payment reference to avoid any processing delays. Choose your preferred payment option during the checkout process.

Do you offer international shipping?

As standard we only ship to the UK, but never say never, please contact via email or our contact page to discuss any requirements you may have and we can quote you.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

No, we do not currently offer gift wrapping as most of our products are too large to be gift wrapped.
